The programme includes a short essay on Bassingbourne Village College and its aims, the dedication made by the Bishop of Ely, and lessons read by the warden and the Rev. Frank H. Ballard, ex-moderator of the Free Church Federal Council. Also included are upper and ground floor plans of the college, by Wilfrid H. Wingate.
