Scope and content
Jack Pritchard discusses three alternative proposals for a memorial in honour of Henry Morris: a modest fountain at Impington Village College, a scholarship, and an invitation to Deryck E. Munford, a friend of Harry Rée's and head of Cambridgeshire [Technical] College, to rename the College the Henry Morris College. Jack Pritchard refers to enclosing a letter [PP/22/4/2/104B, attached]. Jack suggests that Norman Fisher, David Hardman, Jacquetta [Hawkes] and Henry Moore write to R.A Butler to enlist his support in persuading the Cambridgeshire authorities to endorse the renaming of the College. Mentions that he and Molly [Pritchard] have discussed these proposals with Henry Moore. Two copies present.
