Two complete sets of minutes of the 33 working party meetings between 29/10/45 and 20/6/46. Minutes were not kept from the 34th meeting onwards as the working party, by this time, was merely a drafting committee, dealing solely with its final report. The minutes detail the working party's activities and its plans for its final report. Also contains two letters regarding copies of the minutes. The main working party comprised Andrew Dalgleish (independent chairman); MacAlister Bexon, Herman Lebus, and W. Welsford (employers' representatives); A.G. Tomkins, J.R. Shanley, and R.S. Shube (trade union representatives); Jack Pritchard, F.Y. Henderson and H. Tout (independent members); and M.E. Strudwick, F.M. Gower and R.E. Sutton as secretarial staff.
