Pritchard sets out the four possibilities in which Wyatt could take over production of Isokon furniture. The first option (selling Wyatt the designs outright) Pritchard rejects. Two of the other options have advantages and disadvantages. These options are Pritchard joining Wyatt's company and setting up a furniture department with him responsible for design, or using Wyatt's money to establish the firm and place all orders with Wyatt. If either of these is chosen Pritchard will need guarantees over research, design, and advertising. The fourth option, Pritchard joining the board of Wyatt's company as a furniture design consultant, Pritchard is undecided about. Mentions his Norfolk boatyard, [Martham], and the idea of producing small, plywood boats and asks whether Wyatt would be interested in that idea. With details of Isokon's stock and creditors [PP/18/9/4/5-6].
