Cooke, George B. recipient
Breuer understands that if he proceeds with an American patent application against Every-Clayton's advice then Isokon is under no obligation to pay half the costs. He is also aware that Pritchard's rights in America patents are not affected by any failure by Breuer to make any agreements in America. Pritchard asks Cooke to prepare a formal agreement.
