Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Cooke thinks that Pritchard has left himself in a bad position as regards Breuer's trip to America. Pritchard needs to make it clear to Breuer that if Breuer goes ahead with an American patent application having been advised against it by Mr Clayton, then in those circumstances Isokon will not pay half the costs. Pritchard has also ommitted important conditions concerning Breuer's failure to dispose of rights in America and consultation on exploitation outside the British empire.
