Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Breuer is disappointed that Pritchard is stopping the production of Isokon furniture but he fully understands why. He was also disappointed at the failure of efforts to ship the furniture to America which had a direct effect on Breuer in terms of a lost commission for the interior of the museum of Modern Art. The quality of the furniture which did make it to America was also poor, although American central heating did not help. Breuer and Gropius are both busy with work and they are enjoying life in America. He sends his regards to the Carters and Hargreaves, and the Pritchard family. Encloses photographs [not included].
