Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Encloses a draft licence and draft deed [not included]. The licence details procedure for foreign patents and includes Finmar as a party to the agreement. There are still difficulties to iron out, must notably the agreement to respect each other's designs. If Aalto introduced a popular design which was not patented, Pritchard could not copy it. Alternatively, each party could pay a substained royalty on the other's designs.
