Lawn Road Flats -- Rents
Harben, Philip. recipient
Pritchard replies to the agreement with Philip and Kathy Harben regarding running the Isobar [PP/17/3/1/21] and raises a number of issues. Pritchard asks whether the Isobar ought to pay for flat 32 when it is used for large meetings and states he believes in a minimum standard of service. He does not think the food the Pritchards eat in the club should be profitable but nor should it incur a loss. He asks Harben not to type in the club.
