Typed agreement in 2 parts. The first part, main agreement, states P[hilip] and K[athy] Harben will run the Isobar and be paid by Isobar, rent will be charged for the club by Isokon (Lawn Road) Ltd, and Isokon will subsidise Isobar to provide staff lunches and tenants' breakfasts. The temporary agreement, in operation until the club is in profit and has paid its creditors, states that the Harbens' wages will be £3 per week, staff wages will be the first claim on club revenue, and a monthly profit and loss account will be prepared with profits distributed firstly to creditors and the remainder divided between Isokon (for rent) and the Harbens.
