Pritchard points out that as other flats nearby are providing service and food, [Isobar] must endeavour to be better than them. Special efforts must be made to keep customers, especially tenant customers such as Brown and Reilly, even if they are difficult. If they need to be treated like "God Almighty" then so be it. There have been complaints of staff rudeness. Pritchard suggests that members be informed that they can eat meat at the Isobar with and without rations. 2 copies.
