Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Layton gives his thoughts on the financial arrangements of [the Isobar]. He believes Pritchard should recoup the money he has put in before anyone else makes a profit, although Layton needs to be certain of getting a fair return for the amount of work he will be putting in. It will be a complicated arrangement but it should work well for both of them. The advantages are that Layton does not need any ready money and Pritchard has a manager to take full reponsibility but who will only be paid when he has brought in some money.
