Refers to letter sent to Miss [Lena] Neumann by Coates' secretary [PP/16/3/3/500]. Pritchard explains that the dry weather is prolonging the job of repair work to Lawn Road Flats. He does not like Coates' suggestion that the Lawn Road Flats' maintenance staff do urgent repairs, but agrees that he, Coates and [Cyril] Sweett should meet on the site. Mentions the coping on the roof and the asphalting on the balconies. Pritchard asks Coates for an outline of his ideas for the future before the meeting, and a comparison of the original proposals and the modifications adopted.
