Services could include catering direction, supervision of staff, book-keeping and organisation of gala nights. Attached is an advertisement clipping [PP/16/2/32/3] placed by 'The Times' for a catering and staff manager for a block of West End service flats. Isokon's suggestions would obviate the necessity for 'The Times' to take on a full time manager.
