[Letter in response to Wells Coates' letter of 21/1/47, PP/16/2/27/39]. Pritchard agrees with Coates on the handling of the 'Horizon' article. He appreciates Coates' views on their working relationships, and adds further comments. Pritchard corrects Coates' understanding of tenant occupancy and explains that only in recent times had they been able to fill the flats. Maintenance work is expected to progress as a result of the increased income. Pritchard hopes Coates will assist with this work. He also discusses catamarans and the Broads.
