Mr Collins awaits an answer to his letter of 17/7/34, wherein he requests payment for an article he placed in the `Observer'. He refers to the instructions he was given by Mr Shand to look for payment from Andrew Reid. Mr Collins mentions that he will take the matter to the Institute of Journalists if payment is not received. Typed on recto and verso of leaf. A copy is sent to Mr Piehler.
