Scope and content

Describes the state of flat no 30. The walls were distempered before the plaster had dried out, this led to decomposition and discolouring of the wall. Cork on the outside wall was damp and this resulted in the formation of a corrosive fluid and damage to the hall wall. Rainwater was also collecting in the hall.
