Scope and content

Reply to Coates' letter of 20/8/34 [PP/16/1/3/244]. The internal piping manufacturers are believed to make pipes which increase the efficiency of heat given off, regardless of the heating system used. Flooring colour will be selected when it is laid. Barkers will be instructed on the bedroom cupboards for the roof flat. Light fittings are considered too expensive and Coates is asked to simplify the arrangement.
