Pritchard responds to Coates' 2 letters of 4/7/34 [PP/16/1/3/224 and PP/16/1/3/225]. The one letter concerns the roof flat at Lawn Road, the other is about the other flats in general. A partial draft of this letter is attached [PP/16/1/3/228]. Further issues are raised: Coates' supply of a financial statement; plywood supply; larder temperature; dressing cupboard; dressing-room shelves; drainage and pipes in the lower studio flat.
