Two copies. Pritchard gives further support to the value of Lawn Road Flats being higher than £65,000 as was suggested by Mr Dias in his letter of 29/4/68 [PP/15/2/13/4/17-18]. Flat nos 5, 8 and 23 are taken into consideration and their rentals given. The conversion of the Isobar Club into 2 flats is also pointed out.
