Knight explains that in order to approach his firm's bankers for financial backing in the purchase of Lawn Road Flats, an assurance must be present that long leases for almost all the flats could be sold. He proposes a letter should be sent to tenants to this affect which would establish the interest in this scheme. Included is the form which this letter should take.
