Lawn Road Flats -- Rents
Isokon (Lawn Road) Ltd
Isokon (Lawn Road) Ltd
Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Discusses the tax benefits/liabilities of the director retaining flat 32 at a nominal charge. Reference is made to a letter from Leslie Bilsby which would be useful in case the Board of Inland Revenue sought to argue that the building had appreciated in value since budget day 1965. Bilsby mentions that all the rents are too low and that in the final year an increased rent could be charged from March 1968.
