General correspondence relating to Spicer's role as director in Isokon Ltd, the approval of a Memorandum for the Bank etc. Spicer comments on Watrous' letter regarding the reduced running expenses of the proposed Lawn Road Flats. Spicer gives advice on how to make profits from catering; he is unable to recommend auditors. Transfer documents relating to 200 shares from Lord Pentland to Spicer are requested by Rowe & Maw. In February 1933 Spicer wishes to resign from the Board of Isokon Ltd due to health reasons; he also advises on not overestimating building costs. The Board does not accept his resignation and offers him leave instead. A letter written after the War gives an update on the Company's and the Flats' progress. In 1963 Joanna Spicer writes to Pritchard and mentions having sold shares back to Pritchard. She describes her job with the BBC and her son John's acitivities.
