Suggests that a domestic permit would be easier to obtain than a visitors permit and asks that Mrs Moncrieff consult a lawyer in England. "Dr [Eugene] Rosenfeld would certainly cover this expense - we can pay our fare ourselves." Introduces Emmy Epstein and asks Mrs Moncrieff to provide details of the duties expected of them. Mentions that she hopes to "be able to do something for [her] parents' emigration while in England." Enclosed with [PP/11/1/24] and [PP/11/1/26]. Annotated on verso
