Correspondence relating to Jack Pritchard's efforts to enable a number of wartime refugees to enter England, organise their accommodation, financial and employment needs. Many were Jewish professionals, from architects to designers and and even a judge. Non-professionals were also assisted.
The series also includes correspondence with Emmy Epstein in Israel between 1969 and 1975. Jack Pritchard helped to bring her to England from Austria in 1939
