Printed copies of advertisements sent by publishers to LC before or after publication, most titled ‘as released’, advertising LC’s literary works. Some contain correspondence from the publishers discussing the advertisement. Items include sample texts, leaflets, prints of newspaper and journal adverts, and a promotional cardboard coffee cup holder. The items are organised by year of creation. One sample text is for “Thriller” edited by James Patterson, which includes an extract from “James Penney’s New Identity” and autographs from contributors to the anthology.
