Letter, 6/1/2012. MS. With envelope. Ken is writing while cruising the Caribbean. He’s saving LC’s latest book for the return journey home to France. He notes that in ‘Bad Luck and Trouble’ Jack Reacher has ice from a Norwegian glacier as a speciality. Ken points out that the ice would contain tiny fragments of ground up stone which would make their way to the kidneys. He mentions having spent 35 years in the Royal Navy on South Georgia which has many glaciers.
