Letter, 10/9/2012. TS. Terry asks why in ‘The Affair’ did the train stop after squishing Mrs Lindsay but not after trashing Riley’s car? He doesn’t understand the anomaly. If the engineer didn’t notice the car(s) how could he have noticed a body?
