Letter, 12/4/2013. TS. 2 leaves. Oliver is in the 7th grade and explores ‘One Shot’. He thinks Reacher too skilled to have been an MP [military police]. He asks questions about LC’s interview by Empire Magazine in January 2013 and thinks there were many more differences between the film and the book than LC had said in the interview. A beautiful and detailed passage is when Reacher is hiding in Ann Yanni’s car holding the tire iron in his hand. Oliver remarks on Reacher’s patience and calm when finding out more about James Barr’s crimes.
