Contains an agreement between Colonel John Day and Kate Emily Ellis. Day is the owner of an enclosure at Wenhaston and Ellis owns a cottage and property adjoining. The wayleave is for Ellis and her staff to be given permission to walk along a boundary to gain access to her gardens and to deposit night soil. The land was presumably bought by JH from the Day family and finally formed part of Blyford Estate.
