Mellanby suggests a committee comprising MRC, ARP, and EMS be set up to consider the whole question of the accumulation of war wound statistics. Rock Carling, Bradford Hill, SZ, Hadfield, Matthew Stewart, McSwiney, Drury, and Herrald should be invited to join the committee. If another ARP representative is required Bernal could be asked. If Fraser agrees then the process can be set in motion.
