Asks a number of questions concerning the treatment of casualties after a raid on Ilford. Richardson hopes that valuable lessons can be learned to improve organisation and training. The questions concern the labelling of the dead, misdiagnoses by street casualty services, delays in treating casualties, and the usefulness, or otherwise, of first aid.
