Scope and content

Contains BC4 forms [Bomb Census] for air raids throughout Britain. The BC4 form gives details of specific location of the raid, time, date, type of weapon involved, extent of damage, and casualty figures. Also included are M2 forms for the same raids. These forms cross-reference the type of weapon involved with the date of the raid. By this method the total number of 500 lb high explosive bombs, for example, dropped on a particular day can be worked out.
