Scope and content

Brinson and Thomas both think it wise to keep three field workers on. SZ has spoken to McNickle, Glass, and Hopkins about it and asked them to put some proposals on paper. Ultimately it is a decision for Stradling. McNickle will liaise with O.C. Allen on the matter.
