Encloses two copies of a report on the writer's visit to Dover. Colonel Thompson would like a copy, if Stradling could pass one on. If further information is needed, a more detailed survey could be carried out. The writer feels that the public would welcome such a survey as evidence "that the government was keeping a fatherly eye on them."
