Scope and content

Gives a progress report on Dr Bull's work in Scotland and N. Ireland. Notifications of casualty incidents at the Commands are not always being given. SZ suggests that Bull be posted to Oxford. A modification to the weapons identification list for casualty descriptions is requested. SZ describes a preliminary paper he has prepared on the personnel casualties. He would be in London later in the week to discuss the report.
