The analysis has the objective of determining the proportion of casualties in the various arms due to different weapons. Data was collected by interrogation of casualties and from hospital documents. The data shows whether the wounding weapon was mortar, shell, bullet, grenade, mine, aerial bomb, or booby trap. The section in which the victim was in service is also given.
