Details information which must be sent to the War Office in the event of any individual being killed or injured by the explosion of a British missile. The investigating officers of such an accident are SZ, B.D. Burns, P.L. Krohn, R. Powell and C. Spicer. They are to produce an identity card and an official pass when conducting such investigations.
