To estimate fragment danger at a given distance from a bomb, new data have been derived and new experiments carried out. The results of tests are given in terms of the number of fragments per ten square feet which will penetrate a gives thickness of wood at a given distance. Data relating to fragment shape and velocity have also been collected.
