Scope and content

Arranges to meet SZ in London to discuss the physiological effects of blast. Fisher has on rare occasions seen men without external injury and without signs of CO poisoning after an explosion. The brain and spinal cord in these cases have not been examined. The cause of death in mine explosions is often not investigated beyond findings of high CO levels in blood. Fisher wishes to learn more on the subject.
