Waters hopes that the OEMU will extend its studies to include trials of the plastic substance Doron. The Committee on Medical Research (OSRD) and the United States Army Air Forces were particularly interested in the report entitled `Experimental Study of the Value of the American Flak Suit against Fragments' (RC 434).
