Krohn thanks Pilgrim for the figures on blast pressures. He discusses the use of a chronometer for measuring fragment velocities. Spark photographs were used to give the true value for the velocity of a standard projectile. In order to verify the results being obtained, Krohn asks if rounds could be fired at Millersford using a previously used chronometer.
