Describes experiments and tests on a treatment which would hold shattered fragments of glass and continue to provide a weatherproof covering after blast. The treatment would also provide a "black-out". After considerable trials, a British Standard Specification for fabric-bitumen emulsion treatment for roof glazing was issued [copy attached].
