Investigation into air resistance of irregular objects, as opposed to streamlined objects such as projectiles or aerofoils. The tests were made in the Stanton 3 in. open jet high speed wind tunnel. A full description of the tests is included. Suggestions on the behaviour of bomb fragments are made. Tables are included, and drawings which indicate the dimensions of models used in the tests.
