Scope and content

SZ does not think that any single piece of his work could be charged to the MRC. His work on grenades and A.T. weapons is for other departments, while blast and splinter work is part of the normal programme. The RRL is used by [OEMU] but not specifically for MRC work, except for blast pressure work which Bernal has already spoken to Brown about.
