Details discrepancies in Colonel Welsh's [sic] and Lt. Coltman's accounts of the Tobruk dump bombing. The interest in the bombing of this dunp was because there were so few casualties in spite of the bombing being of a greater intensity than anywhere experienced in the U.K. or the Continent.
