Fraser, Francis Richard, recipient
Describes findings at Newton Abbot Royal Navy Hospital. X-rays had picked up signs of lung damage in 14 out of 27 men who had been exposed to blast on a ship. None of them had suffered any penetrating wounds. A report by Allison, the man in charge [at the hospital], would be sent to the Admiral. Wakeley advised Fraser that these patients were at the hospital in Newton Abbot.
