Mentions C.M. Beadnell who has been taken on by the Research and Experiments Department of the M.H.S. He would assist SZ in casualty surveys. SZ asks Fraser to send a letter of introduction for Beadnell which he would use in his investigations in the Surrey hospitals.

An analysis of the first 26 incidents investigated would be sent to Fraser. Individual casualty reports would also be forwarded to Fraser by the Research and Experiments Department.
