Fulton apologises for any embarrassment which may have been caused by the publishing of SZ's letter in the `Missile Casualties Bulletin'. He offers to add any recent experiences on the subject in a future issue. The failure of liaison reports to indicate sources is mentioned. Hugh Cairns visits Fulton and provides useful information for the Missile Casualties Conference. Bill McKie is also reported to be paying a visit. Fulton gives his and his colleagues' reaction to the death of Roosevelt.
