Fulton describes a new installation which allows a temperature drop from + 70[degrees]F to - 70[degrees]F in 1.5 minutes. This development at the Laboratory is published in the 'Journal of Refrigeration Engineering'. Fulton mentions having gone to dinner in Washington with the new Commission on War History, attended by Vice-President Wallace. Comments made by Wallace are included.
